The moon is constantly moving through the zodiac signs, staying in each one for 2.5 days. Join me as we go thru yoga poses that correspond to that day's zodiac sign. Aries days you can expect to empower your inner warrior, Taurus days will reveal hidden potential, Gemini days will allow you to let your spirit fly high, Cancer days will be nourishing & nurturing, Leo days will help you to develop fierce confidence, Virgo days will help you to discover your true authentic self, Libra days will allow you to take action, creating a more peaceful practice, Scorpio days, you'll face your fears & find freedom in transformational poses, Sagittarius days will help you to develop the power of clear intentions, Capricorn days you'll find new ways of working with your body, mind & breath, Aquarius days bring about kind, compassionate detachment, and finally Pisces days we'll dive deep to find self-will, and intuition. Practice is suitable for beginners & intermediate students. Practice will vary between vinyasa, yin, restorative & slow flow depending on the zodiac sign the moon is in. If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel after that 1 hour window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
