5 Week Chakra Shadow Workshop

Service Description

Let's dive deep into our shadows behind each of our 7 Main Chakras in our esoteric bodies. In this 5 week workshop, we'll spend 3 hours each week learning about our chakra shadows, journaling with prompted questions that will help you to dive deep into your shadow with optional sharing to the group, and a physical/emotional/spiritual practice to end each class. Shadow Chakra workbook & journal provided to each participant at the beginning of this workshop.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel after that 2 hour window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
