Welcome to the Yoga Study group! You can connect with your Yoga Instructor, Mary, other Yoga Study group members, get updates, share videos & inspirational messages. Let's build a community in which we support each other along our yoga journeys! Yoga Study group is currently livestreamed on Mondays @ 4pm EST. We'll be starting a Chakra 7 week workshop, this Monday 9.27.21, beginning with the Root Chakra. 30 minutes of study, following by a 30 minute practice. If you're interested in learning more about Yoga, please join us! Have fun interacting & I'll be stopping in to interact with everyone regularly! ~Mary, Owner & Yoga Instructor~
