Service Description

Pre-Requisite: 30 Min. 1 on 1 Zoom Consultation to discuss your groups physical wellness needs. Please designate a leader for your group to be your group's point of contact. This is the person who should reach out to me for this consultation.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel after that 2 hour window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
