Self-Empowerment Power Yoga

In this 60 Minute Intermediate Power Yoga Class, we will connect breath to movement, as we work on elongating muscles, building strength, and improving balance. Focus will be on core work and strength building yoga poses. You will sweat and leave this class feeling refreshed and invigorated, ready for your upcoming week!
If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel after that 2 hour window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
