Service Description
Allow yourself to release into total relaxation during the long passive holds in this 60 minute restorative yoga class, where you will feel held and supported with the extensive use of props. Give yourself permission to slow down and open your body through passive stretching, allowing your muscles to relax even more. This is a seated floor class; good for beginner students looking for relaxation.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel after that 1 hour window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
