During this 30 minute class, you will be guided into releasing negative thoughts & emotions through the use of verbal imagery & positive words focused on mindfulness, helping you to reset your mind, body, & emotions to find your inner peace and joy. This class is perfect for everyone! No yoga mat nor video camera required; you just need to be able to hear our voice. Any comfortable location will work for this class: a chair, a bed, the floor - wherever YOU are the most comfortable & can relax.
If you are unable to show up or must cancel, please do so at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class. If you cancel after that 2 hour window, it will be considered a "late cancel", forfeiting your spot & you will be charged for that class. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
